Update 8/10/15
My week has been going well. Still fitting into the skinny fiber diet quite well. Or at least trying to. I wanted to tell everyone how Skinny Fiber has been doing with my diet. I am still going. It's still helping me. I feel more alive than ever, lately we have been cleaning and preping for a move. Its been a rougn few months but the weight loss is going great, Ii plan to keep working towards it and making my goals! Stay tuned in for more!!!

How to change un- healthy habbits
Did you know that almost 60% of our weight gain in our life is due to the bad habits. Did you know and average person can trim up to 10 pds just from dropping soda from their diet?? Crazy right. Or say you eat fast food 2 times a week, you cut that for a home cooked meal you could save $25.00 a week and loose up to another 10 pds in a short period of time? We as human have adaptability issues, we often adapt to quickly to our lifestyles not thinking what certain things can do to our life styles. With a few simple changes we can turn our lives back around.
Bad Habbits account for a lot of health issues, and weight issues we all have. If we kick them we can truly change our lies!
