Do you have IBS? 5 Signs it may be Something More!

Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) is a super frustrating drive-you-bonkers condition because there is no single root cause, nor is there a single fix.
It is more of a diagnosis of elimination. “Syndrome” is usually a fancy term for “we don’t really know what else this could be” – which is pretty much the only explanation for what IBS is.
IBS symptoms can manifest in many different ways from bloating, to cramps, to diarrhea, to constipation, or a fancy mix of a few of these.  It can range from annoying and inconvenient to stressful and debilitating.
Basically, IBS sucks.

       Ok everyone it is officially 2016! I know I have not written in a while, life has been extremely busy. 2015 brought on a lot of changes and a huge move, but life is getting back to normal. I recently started following a really great  writer and speaker out of Canada, Michelle Strong! Her new book the weight loss G Spot really brings a whole new light to woman hood and weight loss! If you have not read her work you really are missing out! Michelle also has a great blog I myself follow and I highly suggest you do as well! She covers some great topics and really makes an impact in the lives of others!
