Super Food Smoothie Bowl



Welcome to my delicious world! This quick and easy breakfast bowl will help get your day started right and keep your immune system happy and healthy! I love the crunch of the seeds and pomegranate and the sweet taste of the fruit. For those of you worried you will taste the beet, have no fear, the flavour is masked by the raspberries and banana!

Ingredients

1/2 medium raw beet
1/4 frozen banana
3/4 cup raspberries
1/2 cup unsweetened cashew milk
1/2 scoop fermented proteins Plus protein powder by Genuine Health

Directions

Blend together and garnish with:
-1tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
-1tbsp sunflower seeds
-6 almonds
