My update with Skinny Fiber

Hope everyone is having a good week so far! Mine has stayed quite busy. I am still staying healthy and lossing weight! I am down 8 pounds, and I have lost 18.5 inches in just 12 days! Can you believe it? This is the quickest results I have ever seen! I have to thank Skinny Fiber for this! Not only is it the pills that are helping me, but all of the support and tools they have given me to be able to succeed!

I had never knew I could learn so much about my body in such little time. One of the keys to success is having knowledge! I thought I knew a lot about being healthy before starting Skinny Fiber, but to my surprise I was wrong! I have found it easier to look at things positivly instead of making it seem like a chore. You may ask what I am talking about, so here I will give you some examples. Instead of subracting from your diet, add to it: add healthy things like fruits and vegetables. If your not a huge fan, mix it in a meal, or make a shake full of fruits and vegetables! Lighten the foods that you eat, so instead of eating 4 slices of pizza, make your own at home, add veggies, and eat less slices then you normally would. Adding the fresh veggies helps you get fuller faster. Stop using those big plates when you are eating. Small portions on big plates make you think that you aren't going to get full, so you tend to put more on the plate then what you actually need. Use smaller plates, and the right portions! The same thing can be done with bowls and silverware. When eating that bowl of ice cream, use a smaller bowl and a baby spoon. I know it sounds silly, but with the baby spoon not only does the ice cream last longer, but your body is able to tell when you are full quicker. Spend more time at the dinner table while eating, instead of in front of the TV. Not only do you get to spend more family time together and talk more, but you don't have the distraction of a TV. You won't miss out on your favorite shows, you van just record them! Eating at the dinner table also helps you to be more concious of what you are eating, and how much. We tend to keep shoving food in out mouth while watching TV and ignore our bodies when they are full. Access eating isn't good for us at all, especially when they are not healthy choices. Stay hydrated! Dink an 8 ounce glass of water before each meal, and just watch the difference! It is important to keep water in our bodies, and if we don't we tend to fill up more on foods. Water can help us feel fuller as well. The bonus about water, you don't have calories adding up like that glass of juice, or maybe that can of soda! You really don't think about the calories that you add with beverages. If you don't like the taste of water, then you can fuse the water with fresh fruits! I'm personally in love with water fusing! Don't call a work out exercise! It makes us think of negative ways, and it makes it seem like a chore that we just don't want to do. Instead, think of it as a fun activity. Like I have said before, do a fun work out video, or just go for a walk and enjoy being outdoors! Put on some music when you are cleaning your house, and dance while cleaning! It doesn't matter if you can actually dance or not, but have fun! It doesn't have to be an exhausting or painful task! Once you feel how much better your body feels, it will just come natutally. According to the American Heart Association, we should be walking 10,000 steps a day! It seems a lot, but you would be surprised at how much you actually walk! Take the test! They have apps out there that track your steps. Try it out for a few days, and see where you are at. If you don't hit 10,000 steps a day, then going for that walk at night can help, or taking the stairs intsead of the elevator. Simple little switches can help you reach that goal!

I really hope that this has helped some of you out there. I love to share successful points that have worked for me with others. Being overweight is never easy, and it can take it's toll on you. Sometimes, we get to that point where we just don't think we can reach our goals. Well sitting around and not doing anything about it isn't going to get us where we want to be. It won't happen over night, but it will happen over time if we keep working at it! I want you to all know that you are not alone! Many of us go through the same issues. I use to suffer from anxiety and depression, but now that I am being more concious of my food choices, taking Skinny Fiber, and exercising more then I use to, I can now tell the difference. I have gotten my confidence back! I'm not afraid to get on a scale and see the numbers that are there. I can now get on a scale and be excited about losing weight! I can now measure my body and not feel bad about the numbers that are coming from it! I look forward to each morning that I wake up. And I look forward to what the day will bring me! I'm not that negative person anymore and I don't live day by day as if there is a huge thunder cloud over me. I am proud of who I have become! Just the little things make a huge difference! Its a step at a time to get where you want, and once you start seeing it, you are even more motivated then before. And I really hope that this helps others that were once like me! Take a picture of yourself before you start making a change! Even if you can't stand the sight of yourself, it will help. I did this before I started taking Skinny Fiber, and it was the best thing I had done. At the time i was disgusted at what I saw! But then a week into taking Skinny Fiber I took another photo! I didn't feel like I lost much by looking at myself, but the numbers had shown it, and when I did a side by side of my pictures I was amazed! I took the 90 day challege! So why don't you try it too?

Good Morning

So your on a diet and looking to get healthy? So am I so as a team we ca do this. Since having my kiddo in 2012 I have been on a push for a diet that works for me.  Honestly its been a long rought path but I feel I have something that may be working. Mmixing Skinny Fiber with healthy eating habbits, and a bit of exersise I am actually loosing the weight I want. As humans we love our food, and often healthy eating is a big scarry thing for us. I will be upfront and honest, healthy eating scares the crap out of me. Yet I manage to do so quite often!

At 24 years old I started to notic my health going through the floor. You know that feeling after a long day at work, when you just tired and done? Well I was feeling that waking up for the day. Having always been a little heavier I never felt this bad, or down on myself to be honest. I decided that it was time for a change. I went through diet after diet, pill after pill and nothing worked... I had just gotten to big and it would never change I decided.

Then I came across Skinny Fiber. It was said to be amazing and do the job. Great I thought another B.S pill. But like any other desperate person who wanted real change I gave it a try. As weeks went on I did begin to see the change. As the days went on my shape and size changed, and as of this morning over my water and fruit I am still seing a change. It about 9:06 in the morning in Chicago, and Im preping to go off for my day to work, but I had to stop in and again suggest the change! I also have 5 tips I always use for a heathy diet. They really do help hope you have a good day!

Todays Update!

Me after my first week of Skinny Fiber, lost 8 pds and 12 1/2 inches.
The Left is after one week, the right is before I started!
So today has come and gone yet again. Today, I have been the most active in a long time. I am still staying focused on my goals! I wake up every morning and see my inspiration quotes and goals. It is a great start to my day, even when I am unmotivated to get up and moving. We all know that we have those days that we just want to sit in our bed or stay in our jammies all day long, but in reality, we won't get very far unless we keep moving forward. I have been on a healthy eating spree as well. Some people think that it is expensive to eat healthy. The truth of the fact is that it really isn't. Make the right portions to eat. And when you go grocery shopping, check out the adds for the week, and look for coupons in the papers. Every little penny helps, especially when you are a hard working parent. It is important to set examples for our children. We need to teach them the right way of doing things, and how to keep themselves healthy. You can't expect your child to eat fruits and veggies if you aren't doing it yourself. You can't expect your child to go out and be active if you aren't going to do it yourself.

We always want better for our children. But we have to lead by example! When you have time off of work, go outside and do something with your children! You both get exercise, and you both get to make special memories to cherish forever. I am honestly so proud of how far I have gotten, and how much I have stayed on track. Skinny Fiber has helped me get off some of the weight and helped me become more energized. I ended up seeing results in the first week! This gave me that boost that I needed. Taking Skinny Fiber doesn't mean that you are taking the easy way out, it just means that you are taking the steps into the right direction, and using it to help you get back on track. Most moms out there are down about themselves after having a baby.Yet theses celebrities out there seem to just bounce back right away and look even better then before. Did you ever think that it's because they are secretly taking diet pills, and over working themselves? They can afford to have someone take care of their children while they work on themselves.

They can afford those special cooks to cook healthy meals for them. This isn't a reality though. We can't all afford to live that kind of lifestyle. Now don't get me wrong, this isn't all celebrities. But us as women, this puts more pressure on us. You need to be comfortable with your skin, and happy with who you are. Everything in life needs to be worked on, it's never just given to us. If the word diet scares you, then don't use that word! Just simply say getting healthy! Diets don't have to be about starving yourself, or over working yourself. You are setting yourself up for failure. Just remember, it takes baby steps to reach your overall goal. Don't give up so easily. We all have our tough days, but that is why we keep inspirational quotes, and reminders of why we are doing what we are doing. This is why it is good to be in a support group! If any of you were smokers, and once quit, ask yourself this: how do you feel now that you have quit?

For those of you who use to be heavy drinkers, ask yourself that same question. You don't have to be a size zero to be sexy or happy. I know people who are size zero who wish they could gain more weight. We all see the imperfections in ourselves. And we always have that one person that we compare ourselves too. Why keep doing that, when you can do something about it and get healthy? Stop sitting in your own pity, and do something. Try Skinny Fiber 90 day challenge. They have a money back guarantee! With that, why wouldn't you try it? So start the day off right, and start the challenge. You can have a personal coach help you through this! Skinny Fiber gives you all of the tools to help make you succeed! Skinny Fiber isn't like any other company out there! They actually care about YOU!

A bit from my week!

So this week I am down 5 pounds. Its been a long week, My daughter got a new kitten so we have had quite a bit more to keep up with. It feels like having a new born all over again. I am still staying on my schedule, and have been feeling better and better as each day goes by. I honestly would have never thought that I would have gotten this far, and feel this great. My goals are becoming closer and closer as each day goes by. I'm so glad that I have finally gotten my life back. Who would have ever thought it was this easy. Granted, it does take a lot of work, dedication, and motivation. At first, it can be hard to start, but just give it a little bit of time, and it will all pay off. We have to always remember to not get discourage if we don't get the results we expect right away.

Everything takes time and effort, and you have to be patient. You also can't just expect the weight to fall off right away, or expect it to just go away on its own. You have to want it! I also suggest being a part of a support group. It helps so much to have people going through similar things as you, and to know that you are not alone. Also, they can always help give suggestions that may help you on your journey to being healthy. You can share your goals, and they can help support you along your journey, especially when you have those rough days. This was one of the bonuses that Skinny Fiber had provided me when I had joined. Some people think that being on a "diet" means you can't enjoy certain foods. For some people this works, others it does not. I was one of them that it did not work for. Everything in moderation is ok. Now that doesn't mean go and eat a whole box of cookies, or a whole tray of brownies. Another thing that has been helpful to me through this journey has been writing my goals and quotes on a piece of paper, and posting them all around my house to keep myself on track. Put one on your mirror, so everytime you look, you remember what your goals are! Little things like this go a long way!

Make sure you also get the right amount of sleep each night. You should at least be getting 8 hours per night. When you wake up in the morning, don't be tempted to hit that snooze button, especially on those long monday mornings. Get up and start your day, read an inspirational quote to start the day on the right foot! Write a little journal for yourself, and remind yourself of your journey. It's a great way to express yourself and what you are going through. If your not a person who works out regularly, then take baby steps. Start off with 10 minutes of exercise each day. Its not about how much you do, its about getting your foot in the door! Take the stairs instead of that elevator, and take walks to relax after a long day! Enjoy the summer while we have it! Pick up an outdoor hobby, like gardening, or working on the outside of your home. I have started a garden this year, and no only has it helped me to keep save money and eat healthy, but it gives me something to do and be active. It reminds me of my journey that I am taking, you start off with a little seed, and next thing you know with some water and sunlight and time, you get to watch that little seed grow into a plant! Just like my journey of weight loss! One other tip that you can change in your daily life is do a 15 minutes of exercise while you watch that TV show or movie. That 15 minutes goes by in no time! Stay tuned and I will share some Nutrition tips that I have done to help myself on this journey! I really hope that this is helping others like me out there. Even if I'm changing one persons life for the better, then I feel accomplished! And always remember IF YOU WANT IT BAD ENOUGH, THERE ARE NO LIMITS ON WHAT YOU CAN ACHIEVE.

Diet Pills

Were often sold a product that does not do the job right, or do the job at all for that matter. We are squished in a market of advertising and false hope. As people we hope and hope that something we find may be a solution. A lot of time good old fashioned hard work is the only answer, or in my case a mixture of things. I do use diet pills, specifically Skinny Fiber, I find that it works for me. I use skinny fiber along with my regular exercise and it really does help. I am down another 5 pounds so far this week. As a mother I work extra hard to loose weight, I'm self conscious and always worried about how I look to others.

I have been working all week. As a mother and a full time employee it is really hard to find relax time. I do not often get relax time at all. I'm usually too busy working and doing my job. So I defiantly always look at ways to loose weight, and it just so happens that I found something that works for me. Not saying you must use SkinnyFiber, but just suggesting it may help you as it has helped me. Ii have tried a million fad diets always looking for the right results but this is definatly by far the best I have ever seen. Im not one to support fad dieting, I often preach against it. I have tried a lot of the current marked pills and materials but I definalty feel that tis is an option unlike any other. If you wan to loose weight and feel good add Skinny Fiber to your current meal plan and drop your otyher diet pills!

How Skinny Fiber changed my life

Michelle Naylor - The Diet Girl
Skinny Fiber. I have tried many other things on the market, from Alli to Herbalife to Nutisystem, to It Works Wraps just to name a few. Some I was left with still feeling hungry, other times I was left with too much energy, leaving me wide awake at night. Some of the meals tasted awful, and made me crave the unhealthy foods even more. No matter how motivated I was, and how much I tried to make it work, I always ended up failing with the diet plan. Some I saw little results, others I saw no results. Which left me down even more then before. I worked so hard, and just felt completely let down, and like I had wasted my time.
I overall am very impressed with

Being a busy mother, it is hard to get to the gym as much as I should. Between work, child appointments, and keeping up with a home, I only find myself working out three times a week. I am always worn down trying to keep up with a toddler, which many of you mothers out there know that it is a work out in its own.

When I had my first child, I was so excited, like any soon to be mother would be. I found out that my child had a medical condition. All of the questions and worries had came with it of course. After having a complicating birth, my child was finally here. We had many appointments to keep up with, and surgeries to plan. My child had gotten her medical diagnosis, and I was heart broken. Most children with the diagnosis don't make it past infancy. I also was informed that they did not have a lot of information on the condition. We learned to go day by day, and counting our blessings. I had fallen into a depression, and went to food for comfort. I gained a lot of weight fairly quickly. I forgot to take care of myself, and went downhill quickly. One day, I had realized that I couldn't fit into my favorite pair of jeans anymore, so I found comfort in stretchy pants. This lead me to gaining even more weight, and not realizing it. One day, I looked at myself in the mirror, and did not like who was looking back at me. I knew that I had to make a change, not only for me, but for my child. My child became my inspiration and motivator. If my child could go through multiple surgeries, and still keep a smile on, and beat the odds, then I could lose the weight. I began being more conscious of what I was eating. I ended up getting some work out videos to do while my child took a nap. I started feeling better about myself, but then I ended up having a loss in my family. I ended up falling off again, and once again found myself looking in the mirror at something I was ashamed of. I got on the scale, and was the biggest I have ever weighed. I decided then and there to get back on track, and try one of these so called amazing products. Fail after fail, I became more unmotivated.

One day I was on Facebook, and had seen that a friend of mine was taking Skinny Fiber. She lost so much weight, and looked amazing. I decided to watch a little longer before deciding if it was worth it. As time went on, I saw my friend look the best she ever has. I turned around one day and decided to look it up online. I looked at others reviews and results and was amazed. Of course, I was skeptical due to all the failures I have had in the past. After talking to my friend, I decided to give it a shot. I must say, it was the smartest choice I have ever made!

I have not any of the issues that I had in the past with other diet products. With Skinny Fiber, I am able to eat what I want while feeling fuller faster, and stay that way until my next meal. I am still eating healthy, but lets face it, we all crave our chocolate from time to time. I have lots of energy, but I'm not laying wide awake at night. I accomplish so much more in a day then I thought I could even do. I have gotten the best sleep in years. I wake up feeling refreshed, and ready to start my day. I don't need that cup of coffee to wake me up, or to keep me going through the day. I can see the difference in my body. Seeing results makes me more motivated to keep going, and making more goals to meet for myself. I have a higher self esteem now, and I no longer look in the mirror with a stranger looking back at me. I don't avoid the mirrors anymore. I now can look at pictures of what I once looked like, and remind myself how far I have come. I still have some work to go, but I have the confidence of getting there now. Skinny Fiber has given me my life back. I can now keep up with my toddler, and not feel like I need to nap too. I hope that with my story, I can help others like me get their life back, and be proud of who they are, Society puts so much pressure on us women to be a certain way, but all that really matters is how we feel about ourselves! It is never to late to get back on track!

Alli Review

                                   Alli Review:
2 star **

Alli was another diet supplement that I gave a try to in 2013. I had seen this amazing new dietary aid that I attempted to use. I thought honestly it was the save all at the time! I got my first few bottles and went to town on my 90 day plan. I planned around having a new born at the time so exercise was a bit different. But I was sure to get in my schedule. I took the pills at the bottle told me to and still stuck with my workout regiment. Withing 30 days I had lost five pounds and felt great.

I was excited that my new found love was working. Then Month two cam. I keept the same patterns, and worked extra hard, drank extra water and made sure to keep up with my goals. At the end of month two I had actually gained 11 pounds. I was quite a bit upset. I still kept up with the pills for my last 30 days and nearly worked myself sick. Trying to loose extra weight ontop of the 11 pounds I had gained. I worked and worked and pushed and pushed and at the end of the month I was down 3 pds. I from there quit purchasing their product and suggest now to everyone is Skinny Fiber. If your looking for a diet that really works make a diet plan and try skinny fiber

AptuLux Review

                                 AptuLux Review:
One Star *

AptuLux is a weight loss supplment I would definatly say I had a bad experience with. I again just like a lot of other diet pills tried this on my 90 day plan. I tired for 90 Days to make this work and my resluts were odd. It did help supress my appetite for the first few weeks and I did loose a few pounds. But then soon after I Noticed I needed more and more of this medication to continue appetite supression. I went from the daily dosage to almost triple to ensure I stayed where i needed. While using this product I only lost 5 pds and spent a lot of $$$.

This product also comes in 60 capsule bottles which makes users spend twice as much money as other products such as Skinny Fiber which I have used and do still use.  As a mother and a wife I am willing to try anything but this company definatly left me with a bad taste in my mouth. After my 90 day trial, it was very hard to get my refund as well. It honestly took almost three months of calling and waiting and calling and waiting. I would highly suggest against using this product if you are truly looking for a diet that really works.
