Todays Update!

Me after my first week of Skinny Fiber, lost 8 pds and 12 1/2 inches.
The Left is after one week, the right is before I started!
So today has come and gone yet again. Today, I have been the most active in a long time. I am still staying focused on my goals! I wake up every morning and see my inspiration quotes and goals. It is a great start to my day, even when I am unmotivated to get up and moving. We all know that we have those days that we just want to sit in our bed or stay in our jammies all day long, but in reality, we won't get very far unless we keep moving forward. I have been on a healthy eating spree as well. Some people think that it is expensive to eat healthy. The truth of the fact is that it really isn't. Make the right portions to eat. And when you go grocery shopping, check out the adds for the week, and look for coupons in the papers. Every little penny helps, especially when you are a hard working parent. It is important to set examples for our children. We need to teach them the right way of doing things, and how to keep themselves healthy. You can't expect your child to eat fruits and veggies if you aren't doing it yourself. You can't expect your child to go out and be active if you aren't going to do it yourself.

We always want better for our children. But we have to lead by example! When you have time off of work, go outside and do something with your children! You both get exercise, and you both get to make special memories to cherish forever. I am honestly so proud of how far I have gotten, and how much I have stayed on track. Skinny Fiber has helped me get off some of the weight and helped me become more energized. I ended up seeing results in the first week! This gave me that boost that I needed. Taking Skinny Fiber doesn't mean that you are taking the easy way out, it just means that you are taking the steps into the right direction, and using it to help you get back on track. Most moms out there are down about themselves after having a baby.Yet theses celebrities out there seem to just bounce back right away and look even better then before. Did you ever think that it's because they are secretly taking diet pills, and over working themselves? They can afford to have someone take care of their children while they work on themselves.

They can afford those special cooks to cook healthy meals for them. This isn't a reality though. We can't all afford to live that kind of lifestyle. Now don't get me wrong, this isn't all celebrities. But us as women, this puts more pressure on us. You need to be comfortable with your skin, and happy with who you are. Everything in life needs to be worked on, it's never just given to us. If the word diet scares you, then don't use that word! Just simply say getting healthy! Diets don't have to be about starving yourself, or over working yourself. You are setting yourself up for failure. Just remember, it takes baby steps to reach your overall goal. Don't give up so easily. We all have our tough days, but that is why we keep inspirational quotes, and reminders of why we are doing what we are doing. This is why it is good to be in a support group! If any of you were smokers, and once quit, ask yourself this: how do you feel now that you have quit?

For those of you who use to be heavy drinkers, ask yourself that same question. You don't have to be a size zero to be sexy or happy. I know people who are size zero who wish they could gain more weight. We all see the imperfections in ourselves. And we always have that one person that we compare ourselves too. Why keep doing that, when you can do something about it and get healthy? Stop sitting in your own pity, and do something. Try Skinny Fiber 90 day challenge. They have a money back guarantee! With that, why wouldn't you try it? So start the day off right, and start the challenge. You can have a personal coach help you through this! Skinny Fiber gives you all of the tools to help make you succeed! Skinny Fiber isn't like any other company out there! They actually care about YOU!
