5 steps to a sucessful diet

5 steps to a sucessful diet: 




1.) Drink water! It is important to drink enough water. Start by switiching out one drink in a day with a bottle of water! It gets much easier from there. You can actually start to tell when your body needs more water.







2.) Start exercising little by little. Don't think of it as exercise though. It makes it seem like work. Exercise should be fun. Start off by doing something just for 10 minutes a day. Go for a walk on those nice days. Or do some sort of work out while watching your favorite TV show or movie. Take the stairs instead of the elevator. 









3.) Make healthier choices. Pack a lunch and take it to work instead of ordering fast food. You will end up fuller for longer with something you bring from home. You also will save money, and you will have better control over what you are putting in your body.










4.)  Have a support group. It makes it a lot easier when you have someone going through the same thing as you, or has been there in the past. You will have your down days, which is where a lot of people fall off. But with the right people, the skies are the limit!







5.) Make goals, and keep reminders! Have inspirational quotes around the house, or old pictures of yourself. Keep that old pair of jeans that once were almost to small, and have a goal pair of jeans. Keep little reminders around the house to remind you of why you are trying to get healthy.
