Change Beef to Turkey its well worth it

             
Beef Or Turkey 
            Some people think that it sounds gross to eat ground turkey or ground chicken. But in reality, there really isn't much of a difference. I had snuck the change on my family, and they had no clue. Once the meal was over I had asked how it was. Their response: It was the best you've ever made, what did you do different? I told them it was ground turkey instead of ground beef. Boy did I hear an ear full after that. I had to prove that it was ground turkey! Yes, I had to grab the package out of the garbage and prove it! Then I had gotten excuse after excuse of why I couldn't cook with ground turkey anymore. So what did I do next, I made ground chicken! The results, the exact same as before! I had then shocked. I continued to keep sneaking it in the meals, and not letting them know. We had high blood pressure and high cholesterol in our family. Our doctor had suggested to take out all red meats, considering they are high in salt. I decided to give it a try, but I couldn't let my family know, considering they love their red meat!

            It became a sucess, and we have never looked back since. You don't have as much grease in your food, along with not as much salt levels! After a few months of going through the sneaky ways, we had went back to the doctor. My family could not believe how quick their levels went down! Right then and there I had stated that the ground chicken and ground turkey had helped them, and they had no clue! Since then, we have not gone back to ground beef! Our bodies have been so much healthier, and we have felt so much better! We don't feel as sluggish anymore. We don't have to be put on medication to help level us out, just one little change made a huge difference. If you have picky eaters, just don't let them know. There is no texture difference, and it actually tastes better!
