planning your diet that really works.

   
   So your trying to loose weight? Well first step is first make a plan. Without a plan your doomed. It's a matter of fact. Planning is a huge part of dieting. If you do not have a written out plan failure is almost a forsure thing. Planning your dieting can be difficult, but with a little structure it can be acomplished. What are your goals and how do you plan to reach them? How do you plan to meet your goals? These are essential things to think about when planning a diet. We also suggest you plan for a 90 day cycle. If you want a diet that really works, you must work for that diet. 90 day's gives you more than enough time to see real results! Below we will give you an outline to help you plan your diet. Reason:

Write your reason for your diet. Why are you on a diet in the first place? To loose weight? To better your heart? To be more toned? this will help remind you of your end game.


Goals:

In this section plan your goals week by week for the first 90 days. these goals include calorie count, workout sceduals, and weight loss. Do not shoot to high and dissapoint yourself below is an idea of the goals you may want to set.


Goals Week 1:

Walk 30 minutes 3 times a week.
lift 10 pd weights and do sit muscle toners 30 mins 2 times a week.

Daily calorie count:

1750

Cut back on Butter, soda, starch

Weight Loss:

Loose 3 pds


Rewards:

Always be sure to reward yourself for meeting your goals. All of us love a good reward, so if we reward ourselves we will be sure to keep on our goals and push forward. Is there a new phone you want? Then make it an end reward, everytime you meet your goals set $25.00 away for that new phone. 


Support System:

Plan and build your support system. Ensure you let people know your on a diet. Let them know your goals and build a close net, or even people to diet with so you will be more likely to succeed.
