Myth OR Fact is skinny fiber a diet that really works?

      Just like a million other diet pills and drinks Skinny Fiber is new on the market and has rave reviews. As usual I saw an add and naturally wanted to try something new, especially a so called diet pds if I didn't take action.
that really works . Mind you I have a collection of supplements that have failed over the years. From Slim Fat, to Nutria system, and many others. I often give anything a shot once. I have always struggled with my weight and appearance. I'm by no means a skinny girl. I at my biggest reached 290 and could very well have almost been 300


     Skinny Fiber being another one of those trial and errors I figured why not? The worst it could do is not work at all. So I signed up for the FREE trial and went for it.  About 12 days later I got my package in the mail. I opened it and inside I found 6 bottles of skinny fiber and a little phamplet. As we all do in human nature I opened it and took a read. It was defiantly something I had heard a million times before. I lost 40 pds, using skinny fiber or I lost 98 pds in 60 days using skinny fiber. Same old same old I thought to myself. I decided to make a plan a 90 day plan and set myself up to stick to it! As always I was back on a diet.

    The first week I saw no results I had actually gained 2 pds and I was pretty down, but I did not give up. I had to give this the full 90 days or I wouldn't be able to live with myself. Giving up is not in my nature. I kept up for 2 more weeks and still little to no results, I had now lost 2 pds. I decided as I always do to keep trying and keeping my skinny fiber going. Week after week passed and to my surprise in week 5 I noticed something on my Friday weigh in. I was down 6pds. Not a huge development but exciting to say the least. To loose 6pds was a big accomplishment for me.

     By week 8 I had dropped 15 pounds and I was starting to see the result and feel ecstatic. I was loosing weight. No not pretending to loose weight, but actually loosing it. No I didn't loose 100 pds over night, but I did loose weight in general. Now I am in week 9 and Im hoping to be down another 5 or 6 pounds this coming Friday. I feel this product not only works, but if you stick to it can really help you. I will check in next Friday with my weight and accomplishments! But I have to say Skinny Fiber actually works.
