So I found myself wondering the other day, is only working out 3 times a week healthy or not? I do work out on a very regular basis but is it healthy? Could I be missing a step? As a mother who is hardworking and focused on my child more than myself, I began to feel as if I were failing myself at points so I began to research. Come to find out im right on target. And the blood, sweat, and tears have been paying off. I used to get tired on a simple walk. Being a heavier person has always been hard. Questions alway arise in my head but I can truly say I feel I am doing well. I am stoked to finally be able to express myself through writing. My husband has been blogging for uears I also blog from time to time on his music blog but I do love being here and I am very thankful for the 105 readers I havw had so far!
